Cordyline Early Morning Diamond – Cordyline Fruticosa Early Morning Diamond
A colourful Cordyline with streaks of red, yellow, orange and green. It develops best colour in bright light conditions but maybe burnt in full sun. It is frost sensitive but adds a splash of colour to the tropical garden. It has a slender trunk but combines well with gingers and other cordylines. Again a freely draining rich soil with peat moss and mulch will emulate this cordyline’s natural habitat. Spent foliage can be removed and the trunk can be cut to encourage branching.
