Dwarf Apricot is a tropical and sub-tropical ginger but will survive temperate locations if correctly shaded and planted and certainly frost free. A moist well-drained soil rich in organic matter, mulch and peat moss is the ideal bedding for the Dwarf Apricot. It grows to 1.8 meters. When mature it will flower in summer.
